Returns & Exchanges Within Saudi Arabia
- Return & Exchange Period: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
- Conditions for Return & Exchange:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, with its packaging intact.
- Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping Fees:
- If the return or exchange is due to an error from our side (such as receiving the wrong or damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs.
- If the return or exchange is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
- Refund Method: The refund will be processed using the same payment method and will be completed within 3 to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
